I really liked this story. Doing their own thing in their own time and thinking of what is best for themselves, rather than accepting interference from so called family and friends. Our boys are all grown up at long last.

I’m usually not much on AU, but I really liked this. So well written and in character as well!

I have read this before. A few times actually. And I have always loved it. It's so real and without any romantic bullshit. It's perfect for our boys.

Great story, revisiting some events of the series with the separation that could have crushed Justin and that happens here. It's a long process for him as, first Brian, then Ethan, both important men of his young life destroyed his view of love.
Brian is very mature in this.
I loved the way they physically reconnected for good: poor guy, he had really no chance to compete.

Thanks for a wonderful reunion story. Brian being the first to say he loves Justin is oh so wonderful and that they became friends first. I liked that. Going to find more of your stuff- really enjoyed this one

Wow! I think Justin was wrong. It seems as if Brian thought of him quite often after leaving… :-) I really love your story and the way you describe them and let them behave. And I really hope to read more from you?! Thanks for sharing this and warmest regards! a.

Wow I can't tell you how much I loved this story. The tone is so achingly heartbreakingly real. Your style of prose is incredibly beautiful in its simplicity. Just an amazing read. Well done!

I forgot how much I LOVED this story. Brian's line about "making him wait," gave me so many feels. He'd grown up and matured, but yet was still SO VERY Brian Kinney and in character.
