Of course Brian is scared... this is one of the few times that showed them together and thinking about or already in process of becoming parents that seems very realistic. Normally Brian is all on board and do anything to make Justin happy, but this shows that he was internally tormented about it... doubting himself again, but reassurance from Sunshine can permeate those thoughts and show the truth.
So well done... Daddy will be just fine! :)
