Sean is a bit of a stalker and doesn't hesitate to lie to get what he wants; I fear he wants Justin and will do whatever it takes to get him.
It's great that Justin is finally getting an agent who understands him and the way he paints. Maybe Justin will be able to go back to Pittsburgh sooner than he thinks.
I'm not sure how Justin will react when he will find out that Brian bought the first two paintings.
Their relationship is getting better: I bet Cynthia and Ted are feeling better as well as Brian is no more grumpy. The poor guy from Liberty Air is not getting what he came for and Michael is going lower and lower each time he does something involving Justin.

I don't feel Sean at all; he seems nasty, jealous and his link with the Sap doesn't sound good.
It's good that Brian told Michael to let go, even if we all know he won't take the hint. It's also good that Justin held his ground about Michael's call; Brian would have been less relaxed, had he known about it.

The first part has Brian on the edge, not in a life-affirming way, but the last one!!!! Super hot and so sensual!
I loved Daphne's scene with Justin and the one with Cynthia, then Ted, who has grown a solid backbone.
Some important facts are also given: Brian is working on Britin's renovation, Justin lost potential money due to an incompetent, Brian would have Justin as a consultant for ads, Brian knows Justin's place in his life and he values his brain as well as his other assets, etc. In short, he has finally grown up and opened his eyes.
