Absolutely LOVED everything about this chapter! Jack, John and Peter were given some truly eye-opening experiences about Brian and Justin. The grandparents got to meet Brian and even made Jack feel welcomed. I think that is going to go a long way in cementing Jack and Brian's reconstruction of their father/son relationship.
Justin and Brian's reunion was awesome as were their public interactions. Not only was their affection for each other noted but the way they worked together. Definitely a match through and through.
Debbie and Michael both need lives of their own! Seriously, they think that Brian didn't mean what he said? Debbie thinks Brian needs her forgiveness for 'hurting' Michael by telling him that his life was his own? Really? And Michael is sitting there looking stupid and sour expecting Brian to apologize for telling him to mind his own business? Puh-llleeeezzzzeeeee People!! Well I guess they are going to realize just how serious Brian is sooner rather than later when they find that he's not bending to their whims. I expect a lot of whining, cussing and tantrum-throwing from the infinitely childish Novotnys!

Now that Brian has temporary guardianship for the boys, I'm hoping it gets extended! I know it's off course from their first time around, but there have been massive changes all over adn this is yet another positive one. They boys are so accepting of them and they will be well looked after and loved. Clair needs to be seriously punished. The fact that they poys reacted they way they did qat Debs proved to Brian that they've been smacked around. Hopefully something will be done about that.
And BOY OH BOY i stood up and cheered when Brian reamed out Deb and Michael! I bet he's been holding that in for ages! What a relief it must've been to get that off his chest! No idea what Deb and Michael's reaction will be now. Will Deb actually take what he said to heart? Will Michael, as per usual make some kind of excuse for Brian's lashing out adn just carry on? will he get pissed and brian?
what about the rest of the gang? they heard what Brian had to say adn seemed to be somewhat remorseful. Will it last?
(I kind of feel like I'm that announcer for a soap opera...lol.)
So happy you are keeping this going! don't lose heart! Am so enjoying this!!!!!

You tell THEM, Brian!!! Long overdue, in my opinion. As for the Whining Wonder, he really needs a life of his own and QUICK!! Hopefully he will become someone else's problem sooner rather than later. Better yet, he should just stay Deb's! Brian and Justin won't have time for the shenanigans. Plus I think Michael’s criticism of Rage is steeped in jealousy and unrequited wishful thinking. Clearly Idiot Adult-Child Syndrome- a made up disorder that really needs a real diagnosis in the Mental health manual!
As for Claire, she needs to be throat-punched!! I hope Brian can get those kids away from her neglectful ass sooner rather than later and that her and her husband's family is blackballed.

WOW!! The guys sure are busy! Both of them are stacking the deck to assure their success this time and their detractors are none the wiser for now. I'm glad that Justin has the support of all three of his grandparents. Interesting to find out that Craig's mother was just as bigoted as him and Joan Kinney. Also interesting to know a little backstory on Jack and that he'd always known Brian was different in some way. I'm glad that Brian is trying to change the outcome the fate of the Kinney men. Brian was the only one of them that survived the last life but given time, I think Jack, John and Peter will make better choices for themselves this time around. As for Claire, Joan and Craig: I don't think this redux will change their hate at all.

Still loving this adn so happy you are updating it once again. It's such a great premise. I adored One More time, but sadly was never completed. I really glad you've taken it up all on your own and am certainly looking forward to whatever twist you put in this. Anxious to have Justin introduced to that gang in it's entirety. that should be interesting! lol.
I like the new interactions with his dad. Getting fit, hopefully getting healthy. His dad was certainly more open that I ever thought possible. And now brining in the nephews. (awful backstory from teh "previous life")

Happy Dancing at the new chapter! YAY! Brian is smart to get the jump on that rat turd Ryder! I think solidifying his client list and establishing himself before that prejudice idiot Vance gets in is definitely the way to go. This time he won't be forced to work with that cursed politician or fight (or in canon's case- not fight) that chin-rat for Justin's affections.
The introspection of Cynthia cracked me up. I really could imagine her confusion about the inner working of Brian's mind and the subsequent changes but also her elation and relief at not having to deal with Deb and her grown-ass infant, Michael. I hope her and Brian's relationship really grows this time around and she becomes like what Daphne is to Justin.

Every chapter keeps getting better and better! So HAPPY that Brian put Michael on the 'Take a message' list. Long overdue, in my opinion. Brian and Justin going ahead with all of the plans are making me excited. This is definitely the start of something big and special! I can't wait to see what happens when Justin starts working on the comic. I think it will definitely be a big hit. Again, I think Michael not being involved is a major bonus. I agree with Justin's assessment of Rage's development- or lack thereof. The comic was simply a vehicle for Michael to deny Brian's own growth and maturity, which I'm quite certain he didn't want to see despite all the changes.

OMG!!! I love that they are taking steps to ensure their future even before they are able to be together full-time! It's wonderfully endearing and sweet but so completely Brian and Justin! I think Ted will keep the secret for the entertainment value alone, and not only because Brian will hurt him if he doesn't. There's a lot to be said about Ted being the first one privy to Brian's private affairs instead of the interfering 'best friends'.

YES!!! Love the plans! I especially like that Justin will NOT be working with Michael this time around or even having to keep the peace with the yapping chihuahua. The comic afforded Michael way too many opportunities to inject himself between B&J. It's good that they have a clear vision of everyone and everything around them this time; that they can see machinations and matters which hindered their lives together before it happens.

What a reunion!!! Furthermore what repugnant people!! Brian was right to fire their asses up! And even better was the revenge of the younger Sleeping Dragons. I'll bet Hobbs peed himself when he realized that Justin was not only alive and well loved but that his and Brian's children were responsible for his and his son’s downfall.
