Thank you! But the 'pass' is not referring to Michael. it was referring to Judge Carruthers. When Michael was claiming 'racial harrassment' he didn't realise that Judge Carruthers is part black, though everyone else did, especially Jenny.

I feel so bad for Ms. Josh cause they don't make aspirin strong enough for dealing with Michael Novotny. (She is going to need a large glass of whatever as long as it is strong and a long vacation)
Love Judge Carruthers he is not taking an crap from Michael or his attempts at an insanity plea.
Dr. Alex Winters explained Michael perfectly and Dr. Jermaine Stewart helped to reinforce that all of this is about Michael's jealousy of what Justin was able to do in one night and what he couldn't do in fourteen years.
Michael getting arrested for witness intimidation is just as funny as him trying to blame Zee for the reason why he stole from Brian years before Zee was in the picture, kept and sold items belonging to Brian years before anyone even knew or heard about Zaden Stark.
I look forward to him explaining that and I also look forward to Lindsay taking the stand.
By the time Michael gets out of prison Jenny will be welcoming her first grandbaby into the world lol ;)

It took me a long time to edit because I was laughing so damn hard!!!!! OMG!!! Moronic Michael is really a piece of work. First to try and set the stage for him to plead Insanity, then to have the evidence to the contrary basically shock his lawyer speechless but most of all was his attempt at being Matlock after the hearing was over and finding Malcolm and his guard behind him with a set of handcuffs for trying to intimidate the witnesses....OMG! That was PRICELESS!!!!
As for Judge Carruthers, that man is just freaking fabulous! I admire that he tried to give Ms. Josh an out. Michael could drive an insane man back to good sense just to get away from him. Michael definitely won't be playing Perry Mason in his courtroom for long.
Alex's testimony and assessment of the situation was spot on! If Justin hadn't entered the picture, Michael very well would have kept treating Brian as if he was a toy on the shelf of his life (like he did when he was with David) or kept running after Brian (the way he did when he was with Ben) but the things he did to intentionally cause harm to Justin wouldn't have happened. Michael suffers from 'Spoil Ass BRAT Syndrome' in which he was never taught that life is not all about him. The only person who has never bought into Michael's narcississtic tendencies and tantrums was Justin so of course Michael would want Justin gone. Any way he could do that was fine as long as it achieved Michael's expected end. Well now he's going to pay for that reasoning in spades. Alex and Jermaine saw to that with their testimonies. Hold on Bubba your Bride is coming!!! LOL
I really can't wait for the rest of the trial to get underway. Lindsay's damning testimony is going to be very interesting in that no matter what she says, she's going to either implicate herself or commit perjury. Michael will see to that! *Evil grinning and rubbing hands* Ooooh I can't wait!!!

You remember we talked about: Op je muil gaan? Well this is op je muil gaan to the max!! If and whenever asshat is going to be realeased from prison he will be persona non grata on Liberty Avenue. Or should I say Pussona non grata. For he will be bottoming for each and everyone in jail.
Poor Ms. Joss to have to work for this asshole. It is enough to make anybody quit their work as a lawyer. Good to know that the rest of the prosecuters includig Judge Carruthers have her back. She will need it when she has to question him.
Can hardly wait for the next update. For this could very well become THE courtcase of the century.

How many drinks should everyone take when he says He's My Best Friend, Boy Wonder, Brian Wouldn't Mind/Care, Everything I've Done For Him or should they bet on it and the money goes to charity?? (I don't even drink alcohol but during that hearing I wanted a keg of anything <smh>)
The trial is going to be painful, shocking, informative and a laugh riot because this time everything Michael has done and said will be on the record Forever.
He has already shown his disrespect towards the judge and I wonder how many times he rolls his eyes and crosses his arms before the judge holds in contempt (Should they bet on that too? lol)

Anyway let's get on with the said story..I loved everything in it,the wedding;the reception,the venue;and of course the food but mostly about the family having fun and for once not thinking about the problem caused by those two cunt..And oh papa bear's children and grandkids visit is amazing..

LMAO!!! What a Christmas! First the weddings were beautiful. The family is certainly growing and getting better! Blake was a wonder! LOL Don't let the twinkness fool ya regarding him and Justin. Yes they are cream filled Twinkies but unlike their counterparts, they have a whole lot of substance and gumption. I definitely love it when the two of them get all BUTCH!
Michael and Lindsay's 'presents' in the Pen were definitely befitting. I laughed loud and long at both of their expenses. Michael finding out that Ted was really the mastermind behind his downfall made me smile wide but it was Lindsay's reaction that had me in tears. It didn't help that Martha and the guard were also near passing out with laughter.
Then the icing on the cake, to find out that Kyrian and Edward are a couple...WHOA! Even I didn't see that one coming but OMG am I so happy for them. Michael and Lindsay are screwed 80 ways past Sunday and I'm enjoying every minute of it!
