Lindsay did not help her case as a matter of fact she showed the judge yet again her contempt for the whole proceedings, as well as her need to be the center of attention and how Brian should always be focused on her not Gus, not Michael just her 24/7.
I would pity her but she knew the score with Brian so she decided, became obsessed with having a baby with Brian so all his attention could be focused on her she had a child to satisfy her over-the-top, over-inflated sense of entitlement.
Now all her plans have backfired and she is coming off looking worse than Michael and a terrible mother too, speaking to the press again makes her look more vindictive and gives them more ammunition to dig up on her.
I don't know how Frank is going to save this his client and her friend have done a lot of damage.

Brian and Justin don't need to react Michael and Lindsay will make Asses out of themselves every time they open their mouths.
They are annoying Judge Roberts because they won't shut up, had the audacity to show up late expecting everything to just wait for them, Gus has sent a letter to the judge asking to remain with his fathers, he doesn't want Lindsay to be around him anymore plus he knows about her trying to exhort his father.
Michael testifying for Lindsay is not helpful he came out as vindictive, spiteful, jealous and very petty on the witness stand, I doubt Frank will be able to get either one of them to keep their mouths shut so he should just put his head down and pray this will be over soon.
Is Calvin going to testify?
Can't wait for Lindsay to take the stand that is going to Hilarious :)

Michael is going to testify because he is stupid and despite Ryder telling him what Dr. David said he will try to get back at Brian, plus like all idiots he is underestimating what else Daphne could have on him.
Deb is going to enjoy countering everything that Michael says and bringing up his stellar parenting skills concerning Jenny.
Lindsay's lawyer should just lay down because Daphne is going to tear Lindsay a new asshole!
I would feel bad for them but I just love with they get their comeuppance:)

We learn that Cynthia is crazy about Justin and never liked Mikey. It is so cute that Justin is trying to match up his mother with one of the kids' teacher. Ryder's part was the best. Him tracking Michael to Woody's and warning him that things will not be going the way he expects it. Can't wait to see how Daphne takes Michael down. Lindsay's managed to screw everything up and having Mikey on her side will not help at all. Even her lawyer sees it.

Starting out this chapter with JJ in the hospital was heartbreaking with knowing how much it hurt Brian. Then Mikey shows up and starts spouting nonsense. This is it, Mikey is no longer in their realm. He's banned from everyplace that Brian might be and only has himself to blame. And inspite of Michael Brian wants to do it all over again. Remarry and have another baby! What a wonderful Christmas present for us.

i ask myself often was Mikey as bad as I made him on the show as I made him appear? Frankly, I think he was worse so when I read that he showed up to harass the parents of a sick child it makes sense. Ugh!

That was so needed after the chaos and stupidity of so called friends and family, plus dealing with a sick child not surprised Brian finally snapped and decided to send Michael through the wall.
I don't think everyone is going to enjoy the new year but for others it will be the best year of their lives :)

Wow, now Joanie, Claire and John harrassing the boys. They sure didn't get far and were put in their place. My goodness Whiny Brats are so annoying perhaps it is Joan, Claire and John need a dose of Payback, being hounded by the press just isn't enough??
Michael needs another dose he missed the lesson last time though being chased by Drew and scurrying around in his underwear should have given him a clue. (Perhaps Michael would like the press to dig into his story??)
Do they also realize that their part in this scheme will be brought up in court and Daphne would have asked for a paternity test?
