I'm still trying to figure out why the court case was settled for an apology letter... i'm guessing it is for something to do with one of the other cases...can't wait to find out.. it couldn't be as easy as just making her go to court.

I took a few liberties with the legalities as I wanted that out of the way, she had to be held accountable for her lie to Emily and that seemed a suitably humiliating way to do it...and remember she pissed of Meriam so she's going to make sure she apologises properly...so we could concentrate on the emancipation, divorce and physical custody bits.

FINALLY getting a chance to read and review!!!! OMFG! WHAT A CHAPTER!!!!!! Thank you for allowing me to deliver the big can of BITCH PLEASE!!!!! I couldn't even stop laughing!!! That 'No pass for yo' ass' sounded so much like me I thought 'OMG Have we met?' And Hunter was the nail in the coffin reminding them of their orange and blue states, LMAO! He's been around Brian too long...LOL
Now onto the chapter itself: Gus, Jenny and Hunter were AMAZING! So strong and independent when dealing with Orangeade and Dummy Smurf!! Michael and Lindsay truly have some big shit with them. I think they really thought that nothing they ever did to the family would have consequences.
Daphne....WHOOOOOOO-WEEEEEE!!!! I actually cheered aloud and fist pumped when my girl got through with the two of them. I could just see their faces when getting those papers...ALL of the papers really!
Mel: YESSSSS!!!! YES! YES! YES!!!!!!!! She is FINALLY free of the entitled, spoiled, wannabe-rich-bitch that is Lindsay. I guess that WASP training will be keeping her warm at night. Thank goodness again for Ellen who had the forethought to videotape the contretemps between Grace and Lindsay! The best part is that Lindsay doesn't even know Mel, Gus and Jenny have officially moved from the Brownstone.
As for Dopey: I'm so glad that Hunter called him on sending Rita to the gallery. I'm especially glad that Zee had him followed so that he couldn't backpeddle and whine his way out of taking responsibility for his viciousness. Charles showing up was just plain BRILLIANT!!
Lindsay feeling that she can threaten Brian and Zee with her power was just fucking HILARIOUS!! Exactly what is it she thinks she can do? Her mother and father are barely tolerated because of Nancy's uppity attitude and Ron is a Sissified straight man. Besides, the two of them are also fed up with Lindsay's entitled and thoughtless behavior which embarrasses them to no end. I'm so looking forward when everything regarding Emily hits the public as well as Justin firing the trollop.BTW Justin..... LAWD I LOVE a strong and forceful Justin Taylor! That young man has spunk in more ways than one and I absolutely adore reading and writing about him that way! As for Zee's parting shot: LMFAO, LMFAO, ROFLMAOOOOOOOoooooo! OMG what a scene stealer she was pointing out the fact that Lindsay's ignorant ass shall be strutting down the street in high heels looking for a way back to the Pitts with her Sidekick in Whine beside her. They can't even call a cab and wait outside since Justin wants them off his property. LOL! What a way to oust the Inglorious Bastards!!

Michael and Lindsay came to lunch at Britin expecting everything to be forgiven and returned back to normal instead what they got served was a Shit Storm of their own making.
Daphne got the ball rolling but before the meal was over Michael and Lindsay felt like they got KO'd in the first round.
The Family handled the situation beautifully cause now it is up to Michael and Lindsay to prove their case in a court of law. (That should be funny a judge will probably ask for a psych evolution lol)
Who they should be more afraid of is Zee she was quiet through the whole tirade which is never good, that means she is plotting and planning Zee is about to rain Wholly Hell on these two Slimeballs.
Hope they enjoyed the walk back cause they are going to need to get use to them.
Michael and Lindsay are now Persona Non Grata.
Not even Mommy and Daddy Peterson can help they would be wise to stay away and let Lindsay handle this herself.
This is a fight that is best watched from the sidelines with plenty of alcohol and snacks lol
That pea inside their heads must be running for cover cause this is about to become a blood path (Figuratively Speaking?), Lindsay and Michael plotting revenge is Hilarious, these two idiots couldn't catch a cold without screwing it up.

I think I'd almost give my right boob just to see L&M looking like Oompa Loompas!! LMFAO! Oh what a vision I had in my head. Utterly friggin brilliant. Gave me so much joy to know that apparently was caught on tape, or police pictures so that the gang could see it. So deserved!
I can't believe those 2 still think so highly of themselves. It truly boggles the mind. Even while Jenny is sick, I don't believe for a second that they have any true concerrn in their attempts to see her (or Gus). They're concerned only with their immage. How they need to SEEM concerned. That they feel entitled to any adn all information. So much so that they run everywhere rather than calling and leaving even a message to ask about them. I want to smack them both. HARD!
Lunch was the most incredibly awesomest brilliant affair ever! I pissed myself lughing through it all just imagining the stunned and outraged looks on their faces. Loved that Daph even surprised the gang with her suits as well. The band of 2 idiots got nailed from all sides, and kicked out to boot! Even Hunter got his bits in as well. He'll very happily be a Bruckner, and Ben will be thrilled as well. Everyone has had enough. But really.......it is just SO much fun reading about all their downfalls adn shit that happens to them, all because they think so highly of themselves.
I must admit, my jaw dropped to the floor when Lindsey had teh audasity to threaten Zee. Zee's reaction.well....scared the shit out of me. Yikes! I really laughed out loud however when Lindsey went on about "You have no idea how much power I have" she has NONE! Zip, zilch...nadda. Her parents may have some influence, but it's not like they're going to help, at least not willingly.
I swear I say it every single chapter....repeatedly...but this was frigging brilliant! Wowza! Every new chapter is my new favorite. lol.

I would love to see her try to backpeddle out of this one. She's a lying, scheming, low-down, skanky trifling HO and this proves it. Now this is the ammunition Mel has to definitely seek divorce. That house alone proves that Grace isn't lying....LOL
I can't believe Lindsay had the temerity to have custody papers drawn up against Mel on her and Michael's behalf. She needs to be smacked with a Dung Truck and covered open-mouthed in cement. And they're not doing it for any reason other than support money so that the two of them can be the neglectful imps they all ready are with a cushioned bank account. Any judge who entertains the thought of awarding custody to Dumb and Dumber needs to be shot with shit, rinsed off with piss and then shot again for stinking! I'm glad that Emmett brought up the Maculay Culkin case! And now Michael's been caught out there regarding his involvement with Rita Montgomery too!!!! No Way, Jenny is going to be denied her emancipation simply because her father arranged for the woman who prostituted her own son for personal gain to harass Hunter. Unfit much? I'm glad that Daphne is coming back to the Pitts to knock some heads and kick some ass! THEY AIN'T READY!!! Just when I think Michael and Lindsay can't stoop any lower they become worms (Sorry Worms Everywhere) without feeling, for them to sue for custody of Jenny and Gus just goes to show that they are only thinking of themselves and to Hell with anyone else.
Too bad they are too stupid to see that they have snapped that last Damn nerve so now it is on!!
All the secrets have been revealed Gus and Jenny are going to fight to be emancipated from their so called parents, Mel is getting rid of Lindsay's flat Ass for good the kids are okay with it and she can cry and move on finally at peace.
Mel and the kids are moving in with Leda (YEAH!!), Matt is getting The Brownstone early (YES!!!), Daphne is coming home (OH SHIT!!!).
Michael and Lindsay should just stay in jail with their new looks because when they get out they are beyond in Shit's Creek!!

Sorry forgot to answer the Gardner Vance question in your previous review. Zee knew him because his company did their advertising and she and Cynthia conspired to get Stark Industries to sign Kinnetic, think it was chapter 6 that happened in. As for the rat thing, in this story, Leda has a phobia about rats and used that as a way to lure Mel up to the house to 'rescue her' but it was a ruse to introduce her to Butch and Sundance the malamutes, Jenny and Gus really want dogs...
The contact photo is of Michael and Patrice making out...mercifully I am not IT savvy enough to knock that up, the thought is enough!
