What a delectable chapter this is. Jenny and Gus are extatic that they are now L&Mless. Everyone celebrated perhaps too much? Once again your food choices caused me to gain an extra five lbs just reading them. Phil is finally free which makes me very happy. I'd grown fond of him. Lindsay, for whatever reason, actually thought she'd win her case? Melanie is finally free as well. Then we have Ron who stepped up to the plate. Is Lindsay the janitor or Mikey? lol. Love the outcome. But they still have several people planning on getting back at them. And I look forward to seeing just how they do that.

HA! Michael so deserves the Panda look. Zee proves that the hand is quicker than the eye. Now that Jenny knows that little trick, I wonder if she'll ever have the chance to put it to good use?? LOL! A life lesson that could very well come in handy.
Gus was too cute talking to his dads. Is that what he wanted to talk to them about? That Phil guy or was there something else? I guess now we have to wait till Saturday. Brian and Justin got a bit side tracked. ;)
And curious about what plans are in the works for Zee's dad. There was mention a little bit ago, and he's another one that will surely deserve some angst coming his way. Has he been doing anything naughty on the sides that we are unaware of and if so, what and when will he be caught out? Uncle Luc and Aunt D are planning something good I'm sure.
And Phil is DONE! Oh what an incredible relief for that poor bloke! So now the two nunbnuts need to find new representation if they plan to appeal. Somehow....I just don't see that happening.
Can I just say...Ron ROCKS! And it's about bloody frigging time he put his foot down. Not sure what Nancy's deal is. She's too concerned about how it will look, than anything about her own daughter. No wonder Lindsey grew up to be the person she is. She learned at the knee of her mother. I simply can't wait to see Lindsey and Michael actually having to lift a finger to earn their keep. And Ron will be able to monitor if they're actually keeping up with their duties as well. I can see them falling down on the job and Ron will then kick them out of that property as well. Not another free ride for either of them. Mind you, why he continues to assist Michael is beyond me, but what ever. Any money he may have made selling Michaels collectables would be long gone by now.
So much has happened and there's still so much more coming!!! There's no way that either Michael or Lindsey are out for teh count. they will continue to try to manipulate any situation and any person to try to get their way. Further downfalls I'm sure are coming their way. They'll still need to get jobs as they may be getting free rent in trade, but they still need expenses as well as legal fees as Ron is stopping that as well. Hopefully Nancy stays clear of that or else she'll be joining them. What will either of them do?

OMGood GRAVY!!! This was fabulous!! Phil was too hilarious and he is FINALLY rid of the Dumb-as-Doornails Gang! Judge Milner busted Lindsay's WASP bubble by saying that the hearing was just a formality and that Mel was not needed. HAHAHAHAHAHA!! That witch wanted to look her best only to be shot down and trampled by way of the Dissolution. NO MORE ways to use Brian nor Mel and what's more... The Bank of Daddy is CLOSED!!
I couldn't even stop laughing when Ron imparted his plans for Michael and Lindsay. I suppose he was only helping out Michael at the behest of Lindsay and the fact that Michael seems more of a mental patient so it would technically be considered charity but OMG!! Making them the building manager and janitor for their apartment complex was PRICELESS!! Not only that but he told Nancy that if she didn't like it, she could join them. I gotta admit that Ron finally finding his man parts was kinda HOT! Honestly, I wish he would just go ahead and divorce Nancy. She's cut from the same cloth as her spoiled ass daughter and as long as he's funding her lifestyle, has no reason to change. Besides I never understood the attraction anyway.
As for the rest of the chapter:
-Phil's secretary and the Doctor's reactions to Michael was hysterical. I agree that Michael's mouth should have been wired shut too.
-Malcolm is hilarious!! I really like his dry wit and humor. I'm sure he's glad to have seen the back of the Brat Brigade
- I like that Solomon and Menno may be getting together. After the job Sol did for the cases, he definitely deserves a vacation in Aruba and someone to share it with.
- All of the scenes/ aftereffects of the hangovers were just too damn funny. Poor Mel! I think out of all of them, she had the worse of it and Jenny tromping around didn't help matters.
-Carl's talk with the kids was heartfelt. If anyone understands human nature and what motivates people to act a damn fool, he does. I love that he took the time to reassure them that none of this was their fault but the deficiency of Michael and Lindsay. They are all well to be rid of the PITA Association!
-Zee and that damn ice ball!! WOW!! But DAMN! Menno caught that sucker??!!! I swear fo' cheese grits Lindsay best not try to take down Zee. I have a feeling that she will end up much worse than Panda boy!
I think I covered just about everything!! What and FANTASTIC chapter!!

WOW! Another phenomenal update! All my queries answered here. what the videos comtained, How the house in toronto sold, how Michael was paying for legal fees (have to admit, that was priceless!! )
Talk about courtroom drama! for one, the Usher was hilarious! Had to smirk at his comment about them moving in. Micheal continues to formulate answers that best suit his purpose. Truth or not. His excuses for non payment of support are falling on deaf ears. It's ridiculous really. I mean he's had access to vast amounts of money, yet has contributed nothing, yet he's even sinking so low as to try to get guardianship of Gus! He's a vile piece of shit! Deserves every bad thing coming to him in all honesty. The videos show just what kind of complete asshole he really is. Sadly, Gus and Jenny had to witness it as well. they already know what kind of low life Michael really is, Lindsey as well, but to have to see it full force was sad for them. Grateful that they have such an amazing support network around them.
Gus comletely and utterly broke me! What he was willing to do to keep Jenny happy and safe.........well, there are no words. I sobbed at that part a bit I must admit. thank goodness the judge took over at that point! Loved the liberties you took here! :) Obviously no judge would speak like that as much as they would really really want to!! She was brutal! Absolutely LOVED IT!!!!!! HUGE success for the family. Gus and Jenny both legally adopted, legally emancipated. Both are clear of any further relationship with Michael and Lindsey. couldn't be happier! Very emotional but happily so.
Deb denouncing Michael was icing on the cake. Woohoo!! Good for her. Sad that it had to come to that. That she, as a mother, had to come to the point of disowning her own son. That she no longer even wants to share a name with him. Can't plame her after all his machinations, especially his threats about her access to Jenny once he thought he's win the emancipation hearing. Pffffffffft. Like that was ever going to happen. The broken nose he received was most excellent. so what do you have up your sleeve for these 2 now? I can't wait to find out. I guess we still have Lindsey's hearing still to go now as well. hehehe. I'm expecting her loss to be just as giggle worthy as the rest of them.

My, my, my, OH my!! These last three chapters......LMAO, LMFAO, ROFLMAOOOOoooo!! Individually, they were amazing and funny as hell but together!! OMG!! Fantastic and Hysterically Hilarious! I really do bow to your skills of storytelling!
It's so hard to know where to start but I suppose I should start with the very first verbal ass whipping meted out by Solomon...Lindsay....smh Lying, Loose-lipped, Lindsay! But let me back up a second.... Ephraim!! First calling her Ms. Novotny was ingenious!!! I loved the absolute way him continuously doing, especially with him knowing exactly who Bitchzilla is, was just too damn funny. Then dissing and dismissing the Dumbass Duo was equally funny, telling them that if they were either a friend or client than they would have known that Mel no longer works at Chase, Donaldson and Draper. Idiots doesn't even begin to describe their brand of Assholery! Now back to Lyin' Lips on the stand....
'I wish to bring the children up to think they can't have everything they want at the drop of a hat; they have to work for it..." What a crock of Bullshuckyduck!! The self-appointed queen of entitlement wishes to instruct her kids on working for the things they want?? In what world...hell in what universe is she qualified to do anything but teach a class in "Instaneous Waterworks" and "How to pretend to be a Rich Bitch when you don't have a pot to piss in 101" or an even better one, "How to Fake It til you Make it and then Fail Miserably..." That last class is the one she taught Michael and if there was an 'A' to be handed out it would be in 'ASSHOLE' which he would pass with flying colors. But more on him in a few minutes... Back to Dumbelina...
I really loved the way that Solomon helped Lindsay dig her own grave while Judge Millner and Phil engraved it with an epitaph that there really isn't any coming back from. She really should have been thrown in jail alongside TweedleDUMB for perjury on the strength of her faux concern alone. She showed every particle of her bitterness, hatred and malice up on that stand talking about taking the children away to live with her and Michael in Canada. Bringing up their lack of jobs and the fact that the 'marital' home that Lindsay was banking on being able to use to imprison Gus and JR is unavailable for at least a year was ingenious. Thank Goodness for Ted! Teddy was definitely my hero in this! He really tied Lindsay's know-it-all-answer-for-everything non-existent ass in a thousand different knots leaving her nowhere to escape from a web of her own making. Furthermore, I wonder if she's figured out that she can't touch Gus' support payments yet? All that money she thought she was secreting away, not being accessible to her at all... Now that is going to cause her greedy money-grubbing head to really explode.
Now onto the fucktard named Michael..... TweedleleeDUMB makes stupid look smart. And not only once but now 3 times... Going after Zee the first time she kicked his ass was foolish, bitching at the judge's ruling in the dissolution hearing and landing himself in a holding cell was asinine but then to attempt to attack Zee again within the courtroom in front of both her husband and the judge!!! WOW!!!!!!! I also wanted to floor his stupid ass for calling Ted a Meth Head... In fact I'm shocked that Blake didn't end up in a cell behind that but the outcome of this was so much better!
His idiocy and delusions on the stand were priceless! And Judge Maatje is BACK!!! LOL! I loved that part. Whatever lies he would have tried to come back with, she already was well versed in the type of self-serving snake Michael is. I felt so bad for Phil since he continues to have to deal with pea brained, spoiled children entrapped in adult bodies. But back to Mitch... Not only to go after Jenny but have legal guardianship of Gus as well....WHAT???!!!! I swear someone should just hire a hitman to put him out of his own harebrained misery (Apologies to Bugs Bunny, Thumper and other hares everywhere...I know that you all have more sense). He killed me trying to compare himself to Brian as a father based on parental rights. Did he actually pay child support? NO! Did he actually make good on contributing to Jenny's college fund once Ben began paying into it? NO! Well not knowingly until he after he paid his Mama to reacquire the collectibles and she put the profits she made in trust for Jenny. It still amazes me how he used Jenny time and time again to get into Brian's life but claims to love her over and over again; same with Bitchzilla. And furthermore, his comment about being the 'Voice of Reason...' HA! Fucking HA!! He wouldn't know reason if it bit him in the peen which is obvious since he was sitting in the courtroom with his Partner-in-Cuntishness seeking custody for an 'In' with Brian and a steady stream of income in the form of Child Support. What a dick (apologies to dicks everywhere since you are generally well-liked... well unless Melanie is involved. LOL). I'm so happy that Solomon and the Judge ripped him a new one and Phil basically let it happen.
The Declaration of Emancipation for Gus and Jenny had me in tears. Brian and Justin's reactions, alongside Ben's was endearing and touching. Gus and Jenny have endured so much at the hands of Michael and Lindsay that they really deserve all the happiness that their hearts and hands can hold. After the Dissolution hearing for Mel from Lindsay, I think there is one more order of business and the Lindsay and her sidekick Michael can be consigned to that special place in Hell called obscurity!
As for Ron making Dumbelina sell the house and Captain Asshole sell his collectibles, this was priceless and LONG OVERDUE! He seems to have found his balls which should have been found a lifetime ago...but I suppose it's better late than never.
That last scene with Michael yelling in Justin's face.... WHEW!! Although I wished Justin would have punched the piss out of Michael, I think Zee's secret ice ball was even more perfect!!
Darling you have given me so many laughs, thrills, chills and tears during these last three amazing chapters! I can't wait for more of this, including Nancy reaping a little bit of what she's sown from her own Lil Lyin' Lips Madam!

Solomon was good but Gus brought it home with his note to Judge Maatje, Michael and Lindsay sat there acting like the win was already in the bag and they were deciding where to dine with the first support check (Bet they were going to ask for more money?) they had no reaction to how upset Gus and Jenny became watching that video...That is Beyond Cold!
Didn't count on Solomon being smarter than the pebble in their heads or the jail recording an idiot and his sidekick complaining about their lawyer, judge, didn't bother to look for a notice probably posted all over the place that they record everything? SMH
Every time they open their mouths their hatred for Justin and Zee come out along with their contempt for the whole proceedings.
Thankfully at last Gus and Jenny have their wish and they no longer have to be associated with those two Assclowns, Hell even Deb doesn't want to have any association with Michael and no longer wants him to use the name Novotny.
So just one more hearing to go then Mel can be free of Lindsay, Zee and the ice rock was funny just love when Michael gets hurt he is so slimy and idiotic.

Well it's Monday and as usual, I have a TON of reviews to catch up on. I have to say, I was glued to KD all weekend. checking back time and time again, to see of there was an update. lol. Needless to say I was THRILLED to see them. Such an exciting time happening right now in this story. such a thrill to read each update, yet as I'm reading, I can see via the side bar, that the chapter is coming to an end. Makes me want to read slower, just to prolong it, yet at the same time, I'm too imaptient to see what happens next. Such is the dillema of a reader.
Nancy and Ron are confusing me now. How informed in Nancy now? Is she aware of Lindsey's constant come-ons to Faal? Is aware of the house in Toronto? She certainly left teh dinner table quickly enough when the subject came up. I know it's assumed she doesn't know anything, but.....Either way, Ron is definitely pissed. I think he is coming to the end of his rope as far as both she and Lindsey are concerned. How seriously do they think Milly is? I believe Ron gets it, but I wonder if Nancy is so far up her own ass.....
I've gotta ask....which video are we talking about here? Everyone seems to be in a state about it.
Linsey and Michael are unbelieveable! They actually think they can just take teh kids to Canada? Adn the court case?!?! Holy crap! I nearly howled with laughter when Lindsey was saying she wanted to raise the kids knowing they had to work for things. not expect things handed to them! I mean really......there's hypocrisy and then there's Lindsey. another LOL worthy moment..Actually....I half burst out laughing, have almost hurled...was when Mr. Soloman asked Lindsey if she and Michael were going to enter into a romantic relatioship. BAHAHA! I have to admit...it wouldn't shock me. but it certainly would make me want to vomit!! LOL.
I'm kidn of awe, (and not in a good way) at how stupid these 2 really are. I mean, they are going to court for numerous different reasons, yet neither seem to have read any contract, any piece of paper, anyhing at all! She's genuinely flummoxed about the rental agreement for the toronto house...and she signed it!! The support papers as well. My head is reeling at her complete and utter stupidity adn laziness. The assumption that her needs will always be taken care of.
Then there's Michael. That was.........breathtakingly, unbelievably fabulous!! I literally dropped my jaw reading that. I can't believe he did that. So now he's taken away to the cells...again. Doubt he's going to get out tonight.
I hope that Zee really does as the judge suggested and gets a TRO. she just may need it.
Aother incredibly exciting few chapters!! I'm on pins and needles waiting for what you have happen next. So thrilling!!

Mickey got slapped down again. And double this time. Firstly by Solomon and then Faal. Great another night in jail for him. Will he ever, ever learn. Guess not. There is a saying here in Holland. Een ezel stoot zich zelden twee keer aan één steen. Roughly translated it means that you have to be an enormous moron to make the same mistake twice. Well Captain Whiney sure did that and he will certainly do it again. The brainless moron should be commited!
And our Blondie? She sure got her come uppance. Still she will keep on trying as well. The fact that she was willing to share a home with Mickey to raise the children had me gobsmacked. I already had visions of Gus and Jenny running the household and Lindz en Mickey lounging around. Lindz with her head in the clouds and Mickey's head burried in a comic. Poor kids..... Luckily enough Solomon, marvellous puppeteer that he is, had them dancing on their strings the way he wanted them to dance. Thank God, he decided in favor of Gus and Jenny. I could kiss the man.
And now on to the next court session and the next slap down for Dumb and Dumberer. And please: Give Zee a chance to smack them both down. I would love to see her skinning Lindsey alive.

Michael gets to spend time in jail for the third time Lindsay made an Ass out if herself on the stand, I doubt The Wasp Gangsters were sitting in court as a cheering section for Captain Asshat and Stuck-up Heifer, did some one record that perhaps Ron Peterson would like to see the type of person Lindsay is associated with?
Solomon pulled the strings and the idiots danced just the way he wanted, it was a beautiful orchestrated performance especially when Michael tried to attack Zee and Faal practically broke his wrist. (The restraining l order is a good idea because Michael is stupid enough to try again)
The whole thing was over before it even started how can you sign paperwork and not read it!!
That was brilliant putting in that if either of the girls take Gus out of the country that the support payments stop instantly and that if they move back to Canada they have to pay the tenants to move out and it takes a year.
I feel like doing cartwheels that was downright Marvelous and the kids are free to move past this idiocy.
Wonder what happens tomorrow? :)
