Whiney and Bitchie are slowly digging their own graves..... They are just to damned stupid to realise that their plan will backfire in a giganormous way. I hope they hire an "assistent" that robs them blind.

Nancy has Seen The Light about her little girl and is walking away to save her marriage instead of her reputation, whether or not they can make a go of it is really up to them, but they have to step back and let Lindsay deal with the consequences of her actions along with her mindless sidekick. (Smart of them to Apologize and walk away)
The last hold Luther Stark had on his daughter is about to be severed Forever she will have the power to send him scurrying back into his little hole where he belongs.

Ron you Magnificent Genius, you made sure the tenants know who they should go to to get items fixed in their apartments and you made sure they won't bother you by giving Michael and Lindsay cellphones.
That is smart plus I bet they sign and don't read what is in the contract, I hope he has an escape clause so if they don't live up to their end he can kick them to the curve.
So they are almost out of money and will soon be out of a home (If they make it past a month I will be surprised?) and they have no more allies.
Nancy has finally realized that Ron is not playing her games anymore and that if she loses Ron she loses her social standing and his money. (Sure she has her money but she loves putting a dent in his bank accounts ;))
Ron finally realized that Millicent was not just flapping her gums and that when she tells you to jump you do it and smile.
