What a wonderful and informative interview. I love getting to know our writers better. Your motivation for taking up writing is so similar to mine. I suspect a lot of us never dreamed we'd become fanfic writers, but it has been so worth it. Thank you so much for sharing yourself with us. Huge hugs, Grammy

Sorry I didn't comment on this before, I think I was knee-deep in FN when it was posted and I got distracted. Thank you, though, for sharing yourself with your readers. I'm so proud of how far you've come in your writing and how fast. I never think of your stuff as boring. I'm just glad you took a chance and tried writing even though you didn't think you could. See what great things have come of it? Great writing tips for others too. Can't wait for your next story! TAG

Hiya,
I remember you joining Tags on Summer of Sin. Man, we did have some fun nights, didn't we? Hard to believe it's only a year ago.
And what a year it was. You providing us readers with some amazing stories. You have become one of my favorite writers and have me jumping for joy when a new one comes out.
I also started writing, though very tentatively and more as a therapy. I'll propably never post the story I'm currently working on for it is way too dark and way, way, way to violent to post.
The working with bullet points is very familiar for I always wrote my essays like that. Quick jotting down of notes and then working from one to the other.
Thank you for giving us a peek into your world and I'm looking forward to more of your work.
XOXO

Soirsa,
It definitely was a fun and interesting time working on SOS. It feels like I have been writing for much longer. Thank you so much for the compliments on my writing. I really never thought I could do it, but once I got started I just kept going. Sometimes a conversation with one of the others will spark something and then we will just start writing. That's how "What the Fairy?" and "The Witch and the Weasel" happened. If I'm in a bitchy or nasty mood I'll write an argument scene using one of the annoying people, it makes me feel better. Hopefully you will decide to write a story for Brian and Justin one day. I'm working on another story now.

Girlfriend! You've only been writing a year? Wow. Call me impressed! Seriously. You have 14 stories within the space of a year and you didn't think you could write...
I love getting to know the authors here. Little things like the fact that one of your kids is a pro poker player. That's the coolest job ever.
Keep writing, Lorie. We love it!
Author's Response:
Once you start writing, it's hard to stop. I just keep coming up with different ways I wish things had gone in the show or other things I would like to see happen to them (especially certain people).
I went to see my son play in a tournament once. Watching it on TV is fine, but going to watch it live is about as exciting as watching paint dry. Some of the players take so long to decide what to do, it's like watching someone play chess. What they show on TV in three hours takes about eight to nine hours to play. I love my son but if I tried to do what he does they would have to wake me up when it was my turn.

Told you you can write and that you should get into it more. You have this way of drawing a person in and you want more. Keep them coming always looking forward to reading your stories.

Great interview. I love reading your stories, it’s one of the reasons I started reading fanfic. You've helped me from straying in my stories, because your so generous with your time. I couldn't have had a better beta for my stories.
Author's Response:
Star,
Thank you so much, you are so sweet. I love being your beta, your writing is great and your stories are interesting.

Wow! I would have thought you'd be writing longer than that. Your stories are amazing.
Author's Response:
Thank you so much. Other than what I added to Tag's Summer of Sin story which was written last year, I had not written anything. The first story I wrote myself was Commencement, it was posted on November 7, 2015. I'm glad you enjoy my work.
