Ethan, while starting off a bit scary, at the very least seemed to listen to Phoebe's words. It made him pause for a moment. Whether he actually takes anything she says to heart is another matter altogether. He seems far to narcissitic to do that in all honesty. He's another character who has this level of entitlement that is so undeserving.
Phoebe is very observant and thought provoking. She's able to look beyond the life long friendship and now see Ethan for who he really is. I doubt she'd have been able to do that without having overheard the conversation she did. Thankfully, she knows what's going on and is telling all to Daphne. Now that Daph is in the loop, and Mel too, Justin will have the support he's going to needs as well as the legal help.
OK now...that last scene? who teh hell is watching them? That is freaking creepy as hell! I wouldn't put it past any of the 3. I don't see Lindsey as being able to do that kind of thing, nor even think of it unless told to. Michael I can definitely see doing it, but would need instructions (in picture format) and a map in order to do it. Ethan is also fully capable and probably smart enough to do it as well and LeRoy would probably help. there's also the possiblity of someone else we don't know about, but I'm putting that theory to the side for the time being. (yes...as usual, I'm talking things out in my head. lol) whoever it is, is in for a real sight!! As Brian said, Free Porn! Still though...the very idea is scary as hell.

Phoebe definitely has definitely given Phoebe some food for thought. The best part is that he can never say that he wasnt told. Like Michael and Lindsay, Ethan likes to blame others when his actions are less than stellar and he's caught in them. It will definitely be interesting to see what his decisions will be especially since Melanie's and Michael's ultimatums are still hanging over his head. I would hate to be him on any given day but now that he's stuck between a rock (Mel) and a WHINY place (no doubt who that is), I really don't envy him. And he really needs to pray for the gift of invisibility at least for the next 24 hours because if Daphne sees him.... yeah, that will be one promise she'd be all to happy to break!
As for who's that peeping in on Brian and Justin, that answer will be revealed in the next chapter and so will their intent regarding disclosing Brian and Justin's secret rendevous. I think you'll be surprised at the answer...

Tears of joy! Justin remembers it all! Happy happy tears. And the fact that it brought about more conversation between he and Brian was just as wonderful! So impressed with Brian taking this all so seriously! He so wants this to work out with Justin and seems to be willing to do whatever it takes to make it work. considering everything he says carefully so he's not ging some kind of sarcastic or cheeky reply. Now is not the time for that. He want Justin to know everything. How he felt during that terrible time of the bashing. How he really listened to Justin with regards to the job offer in New York. He didn't push him into doing somethign for his won good, but allowed Justin to make the choices for his own life. I felt like patting him on teh back for that. :)
whatever happens back in teh pitts upon their return, hopefully this trip and the connections they made will see them through all the crap adn that they will see the machinations from Michael, Lindsey and Ethan for what they are. That they won't allow any outside influences cause they hard fought relationship waver. they'll have the support fo the, but hopefully the gang will respect them and not try to influence then either. their intentions are good, unlike the other 3, but could still cause harm.
So now that 2 have been posted, I'm all geared up to see what's going to happen next.

First off.....HI!!!! *waves frantically* so glad to see you updating this one!
What a freaking brilliant chapter to bring us up to date. I was wondering what all was happening back in teh Pitts. gotta say.OMFG!!!!!!! Was peeing myself laughing at Ethan! That. Was. HILARIOUS!! What a completel idiot! You'd think he would've caught on to teh fact that "Lindsey" seemed to not be acknowledging anything. That she was ignorant of all the plans and her involvement. Oh man...that was EPIC! So...now that Mel knows everything, or at least a good portion of it, how will she tell Justin adn Brian? They are going to come back to some awful news. While Justin may not have completely ended it with Ethan yet, he certainly was going to, but now? OH wow! I'm thinking major legal action! Phoebe came at the perfect time too. Now he's going to be distracted for and/or with the Heifitz competition. will he screw it up? Will he get it and then lose it due to his involvement with Justin's car, which is definitely a criminal offence? will he lose it entirely and blame justin and everyone else? OH the many possiblities!! Definiltey looking forward to what your brilliant mind has in store!
The fact that he still thinks that he and Brian are going to "co-parent" the babies is...well it's just unbelivable! I mean there are peole that are deluded...then there's michael. He is on a whole other level!!
Lindsey while not necessarily deluded (as much) is beyond the scope of, not so much evil per se, but so bloody devious! Her plans with Clarence will sure to come back and bite her in teh ass. Since her parents have access to her emails, any plans she and Clarence come up with will also be intercepted.At least he's keeping Mel in the loop. If it were Nancy, I don't see that happening. Will nancy put up resistance with the kids? Hmmm, not if ron has anything to say, besides, she's too much in need of his pursestrings.
Wicked note to Michael he wrote. I doubt that will stop Michael from trying to contact Lindsey, but it will just go to Ron anyway and he will keep brushing Michael off. AS for what's actually ins store for Lindsey..oh la la! Again...can't wait! as well as finding out about what clarence is all about.
While we may not have heard from you in a while re: updates, having2 in a day was wonderful!! thank you for such a treat! I've been wondering what was going on.

Wow, this chapter was amazing! This is truly a first date to remember and I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm jealous of Justin😊. The amusement park scene was awesome. Chelle, this chapter was pure brilliance from start to finish. I can't tell you how much I loved it, or highlight all the reasons. If I do that, we'll be here all day!
I simply loved their time at the amusement park. I can see how a man that always is in control, and feels the need for it, would be a bit out of his element suspended in the air, dependent on the reliability of mechanics. That was fun. And, I think he enjoyed it!
As for the rest, the emotions, and how you portrayed them are perfect as usual. justin getting his memory back was the icing on the cake. How I wish we would have seen this explored more fully in canon. But, you did such a fabulous job with that here.

I loved how they are connected during this very long day.
I main thing is that Brian finally realizes who Justin is for him : someone who let him be free to be himself and loving him without asking something back in return, except love.
I also loved Dijon's part and the way Connor was put in his place.
