I don't know why I haven't read this before!
Amazing story with Emmett and Drew! Like you, I love this couple; they are so great together: completely different, but so complementary.
I would have thought that Emmett would be the first to ask that question, but I understand why he didn't.

I'm glad you enjoy this, Sno! I plan on getting back to it eventually (it was originally supposed to be about 6 chapters.) Of course, I am busy and work alternating shifts so it is hard sometimes. Plus, I started a new Hunter/Molly story set in the Intersect universe that is supposed to be 11 chapters and have a few chapters written. You may like that one too. :)
As for Emmett and Drew, I love them so much. I love writing them in Intersect and I wish more authors would write stories about them. I feel like, since Drew wanted that life to begin with, before he came out, he might have genuinely wanted some aspects of the cookie cutter life, while Emmett has never been one to fit the mold. Obviously you know how things turn out but hopefully this story can cover how Duncan came to be. :)

If Drew knew what he was thinking he wouldn't have thrown the ball at him.
I too like Emmett and Drew together. Let them raise Stella for a few months and talk about a baby again. Drew has to remember the reason he got Stella to begin with. He isn't home a lot.
Let US know what Em decides.

And yes, I do think Drew knows where Emmett is coming from, at least on that front, so I believe he will give Emmett the time he needs. Drew is away for games or practice a lot and Emmett himself is quite busy with his business, even if he is the spouse who is home more. If you read Intersect though, you will know what happens to make the circumstances more kid friendly. But if you haven't, while I have some drama planned for these two, it ends up working out in their favor when it comes down to it.
