Very good story. It is definitely something that needs to be pointed out. Give him the options, after he's aware of the risks. It's kind of how kids are taught in school: Stranger Danger.
Years ago, when another author wrote that subject, do you remember in the show after Jason Kemp was found murdered, and Brian wouldn't heed Justin's warning, and walked off with that guy? Well, authors turned that around and Brian was the one it happened to. So, this story was nice to show that Brian had some sense, and passed it along to Justin. After Sap's party, you'd think Justin would learn how easy thinks could get outta hand.
Here's a slight error you might wanna fix. ""Um, haven't you seen my fake ID..." It should be have - not haven't. (No biggie.)

Author's Response: True, he needs to be aware of the potential danger and then he can make a decision. I remember that very well and I remember being really angry with him, he was so stubborn, just to get laid :D And that sounds like an interesting story, I don't suppose you remember what it's called?
