That guy is creepy and I have a sad idea of what may have happened to our Brian :(

I'm kind of disappointed that Justin was annoyed when Brian was acting weird and asking to go home. I get it is strange, but surely he knows something isn't right and he should be more concerned than annoyed? Other than that, this was wonderful and I am hooked. That little voice that Brian used would probably have made me cry hearing it. When people go into total disassociative states, their voices can change so much.

Wow, this has me hooked right from the start. DID is such a smart and scary condition, but it helps so many survive through childhood trauma.

The last part had tears rolling down my cheeks .

Argh I have been avoiding reading this as I worked in child protection before I retired and I have seen and read too much. However I relented and have read all chapters to date. I look forward to the next chapters as per usual your writing is so addictive thank you, Chris

I apologize for not writing a review sooner, I guess you could say I'm a greedy reader, once I'm hooked on a story, especially one of yours, I dont want to stop reading to write.  Dark and angsty are my favorite genres and I can already tell Buddy will be a favorite of mine.  You truly get Brian, his quirks, his inner secrets and thoughts.  Did the warnings scare me off...heck no, they're what drew me to the story.  Candy 

I'm loving this. I just recently read Alterations by NoChaser. I loved it and I'm really excited to read your version of this type of story line. That throw away line, ".. But I don't remember." really stuck out. As someone who always bragged about his conquest, it was so out of character. I admit I didn't catch it the first time I watch the show. But then I didn't know Brian that well. I thought he said it to change the subject. But of course it really stuck out after rewatch 3 or 4. I knew Brian then.

I'm surprised you two are the only ones to pick up on it. It explains so much about why he lived as he did. 

Can't wait to see where you take this.

Hi TAG! I didn't read this chapter because according to the tags I have the impression that Brian is going to live a dark story. I really like your stories so I'll read this one when it's finished. I want to be able to cry and feel bad, telling myself that in the end everything will be fine and I will be able to breathe. I find it hard to read the dark stories in small pieces.
