So glad you continued the story. Just wonderful and most everyone who writes knows that I alternate between dislike and hate for Michael. And, I could just see Ethan with his broken violin. Fantastic writing.
Author's Response:
Marilynne,
When I read the requests for me to aadd to the story I realized that I could get both Ethan and Michael back with another chapter. They both deserved what they got. And Brian didn't have to break his promise not to touch Ethan and he broke his own violin.

Thank you for another chapter. I love your stories. Hope this means you will continue writing more.
Author's Response:
Becky,
You're welcome, and thank you. It's not that I haven't wanted to write. It's more like I had no motivation.
My two-year-old great-grandson, who I was very close to (he was my precious little Chickie. My angel) was diagnosed with cancer last November. He spent four months in the hospital undergoing chemo and radiation. He came out right before the Covid shutdown. He and his parents were staying with me because I'm a nurse (private duty, one patient) and they were worried because he still had a feeding tube. He was doing well and still undergoing chemo every other week. All the tests indicated he was getting better and then suddenly he wasn't. They did more extensive tests and found that the cancer had spread and he was terminal. He was brought home on hospice care, and passed away last month. So, other than some writing with other people, and editing for Nichelle I haven't felt like doing anything on my own. Hopefully now I will be able to write more, it helps take my mind off missing my precious little Chickie.

liked this reunion. If I were Brian, I'd still find a way for the fiddler's finger to accidently get broken. Or, maybe his precious violin. Something he holds as dear as Brian does Justin.
Sherry, You never know. It might just happen. ~Lorie

so what about a part 2 putting ethan back in his place in the gutter and then dear old whiny jealous asshole mikey throwing a temper tantrum and finding himself out on his ass, alone and the joke he's always been?
Author's Response:
Loriblair,
Actually I am thinking about possibly adding a second chapter. Sometimes you just have to show people where they belong.

I enjoyed your story so much. It was true that it was an ideal time to meet again. And Brian who admits having a boyfriend Daphne can only jump for joy and me too. Thank you
Author's Response:
Marie-France,
Thank you. Brian left the door open for a reason. Justin just needed to pay attention. Brian being sweet to Daphne always left her tongue-tied.

Great story. Never liked Ethan, but it was an addition to the plot. Fantastic writing.
Author's Response:
Marilynne,
Thank you. I couldn't stand Ethan and I really could see him doing something like that if he got really pissed off.

Very good and as it should have been!! Thanks for the great writing.

Author's Response:
Liz,
Thanks. I didn't like the way they did it. Justin should have known that he wanted him back when he left the door open.
