This thing with Gus and Zach just isn't going to work. Far be it for me to complain about polyamory, but that kind of thing only works if ALL the partners are happy about it. Shelby is definitely not happy. And I really don't like seeing her play the good little wifey who puts up with her man's dalliances while she stays home and takes care of the kids. That's kind of sexist and definitely unfair. I just don't see how it will work. TAG

Trust me, my daughter wouldn't have gotten away with anything like that but Brian and Justin have never been able to punish her. Gus reprimanded her more than they did.

Sorry, but I don't agree with this chapter. I definitely wouldn't be as understanding and forgiving as Brian and the others are here. Brinn's actions were incredibly destructive and she deserves to be punished. It's no excuse that she's super intelligent, if anything that just makes her actions seem even more callous. She was selfish and stupid and she deserves to be taught a lesson. If she were my daughter she'd be grounded, on complete lockdown for at least six months, and have no access to any electronics of any kind. I would also definitely be pressing kidnapping charges against Tina; which would go a long way towards preventing Brinn from having any contact with her for at least the 5 to 10 years she'd be in jail. Brinn needs to be shown that her actions have consequences, one of which will be her mother going to jail. This *WAS* 100% Brinn's fault. I'm still angry with her, even if Brian isn't. TAG

thanks for fixing the chapter. I came home tonight and am reading the story again. yeah. I love this story. The mystery and intrigue. I hope they find Brinn and she realized that going away with her mom is not the answer. Hopefully Justin will allow her to have a relationship with her. Taking her across to mexico may not be the best idea, but then Dan can retrieve her.
