I agree with Justin: it's too painful for him to erase what his father did/said to him and Brian. Craig needed Justin to "hear" what he had to say, but Justin doesn't have to be merciful. I hope Jennifer will understand and won't take offense if Justin doesn't want to talk about Craig anymore.

Wow, great chapter. Can understand all points of view, but Craig never tried to talk to Justin before his death so I can't blame Justin for his feelings. Love that they have a new baby girl. Wonderful writing.

I don't blame Justin one bit. Craig's letter was the letter of a dying man try to ease his own conscience. Jennifer wasn't helping any. Molly did her best. He should have gone home with Brian and be with CB.
Would love to see more of her and Molly when she goes to college in NY.

Maybe some pain would have been avoided if Craig had tried, but he'd done too much bad for Justin to ever be forgiven.

What a waste! So much pain could have been avoided and how Justin's life would have been different if Craig hadn't waited so long before opening his heart.
How Justin will react to that letter?
Some parts are maybe complete news for him: Craig and Brian at night by his hospital room, Craig and Jennifer meeting without anger, Craig viewing Brian as a positive element in Justin's life.
How will Brian react to that letter if Justin shows it to him?

Justin wouldn't have agreed to meet with Craig while he was alive, probably.
Yes, imagine how Justin found out about Brian's visits...but now he knows that Brian has always loved him.
