This gave me so many feels omg. This was not only beautiful, but hot, and equally emotional. I love the idea of Brian watching Justin sleep - and god, Justin remembering the dance and the look in Brian's eyes? ahhhh! PERFECT!
Author's Response:
I'm glad you liked it! I'll admit, I never planned on Justin remembering the dance at Prom. Even a flash of it. But then he goes and surprises me again. It was a nice surprise that had me feeling all gooey inside.

I seriously never want these to end hehe.
Author's Response:
I have to admit, I've grown fond of these two. I might continue it later, once I've had a break from all the smut.

Date: Dec 24, 2017 2:12 am Title: Gingerbread
These boys are too yummy, and Brian is so devious hehe
Author's Response:
Justin had to learn it somewhere...well, some of it; he is naturally devious. :)

Date: Dec 24, 2017 2:03 am Title: Eggnog
I love me some horny Brian. You really are amaze!!!!!
Author's Response:
Isn't that Brian's natural state? I think all Justin has to do is enter the room and he's hard.

Date: Dec 24, 2017 1:24 am Title: Mistletoe
LMAO Is it weird I love stories where Mother Taylor has walked in on them? It just makes me laugh. Their kiss under the mistletoe was HOT and yummy.
Author's Response:
Not at all as I find it amusing too! But then afgain, I like to torture my characters sometimes.

Their eyes, and my brain, I want to set fire to it, that image of Michael is just too much LOL
Author's Response:
LOL! Yeah, I needed brain bleach after writing it. The things my betas prompt me to do. I really need to get even with them for that.

Date: Dec 24, 2017 1:09 am Title: Ornaments
WOOOOOOW that was hot, I do love me some B/J BDSM and that was so well done, there is something about Brian having Justin in a collar that is so hot!!!
Author's Response:
Yeah, when done right, I enjoy BDSM fics. My biggest complaints for most of those types of fics, is the bad ettiquette and the fact that it's really obvious when the person has no idea what they are talking about. Those types of fics make me nervous, because it is too easy for someone to get hurt if they don't know what they are doing. And I have to admit that I was really worried about posting Candles and Ornaments because, as I said in my end note on Candles, I am NOT an expert. Or even much of a novice. And while I did do research, there is a world of difference between reading something and experiencing something. So, I'm glad that it came out well and, so far, no one's had any complaints.

Date: Dec 23, 2017 1:32 pm Title: Hot Chocolate
I notice a general theme with a lack of clothing. lol. Do they ever get to the chocolate?
Author's Response:
Oh yes! And a great time was had by both. Like Justin would ever waste good chocolate. :)

The images!
Author's Response:
I know; Justin is a devious little shit. :)

Date: Dec 23, 2017 3:23 am Title: Wreath
I'd like to know more about Brian's problem with wreaths. The cock ring was an excellant choice.
Author's Response:
So would I, but Brian wasn't talking about it. Based on what we know of Jack, however; I'm sure it had something to do with Jack destroying a school project that Brian had so painstakingly worked on because he wasn't going to raise some artistic sissy. But that's mere speculation on my part. Brian was being very closed mothed on the incident.

Hmmm, what an interesting sight under the mistletoe.
Author's Response:
One could even say, Brian's favorite sight. ;)
Date: Dec 22, 2017 4:34 pm Title: Peace
Brian in love is just so beautiful. As was this chapter. It is difficult to rid one's brain of bad things that happen, but you've shown Brian slowly accepting the past. Great job.
Author's Response:
Thanks! I love writing Brian's softer sides. I know he has a lot of masks, and he hides behind many walls. But I think at this point in his life, about thriteen-fourteen years after he and Justin have met, that Justin has been able to chip away at those walls. So Brian feels safe in sharing his heart. At least with Justin.

This was hoooooooooooooooooot. I love how caring Brian was about wanting to make sure Justin was really okay with this. Very much how I see their relationship.
Author's Response:
Thanks! I definitely see Brian as the sort to make certain that they are on the same page. It's just part of his protective nature. :)

Date: Dec 22, 2017 3:45 am Title: Carolers
I do not want these to end, just saying. I really hope you continue writing after Smutmess :)
Author's Response:
Well, I have been working on a few other things, and I do have an idea for continuing this particular universe if I'm crazy enough to take up the challenge. It's still something I'm mulling over as it's a massive undertaking, but if I do, I'll start posting on Jan. 1.

LMAO I am laughing so loudly at this. I loved every bit of it. Firstly, I am a sucker for sick Brian (even when he denies it) and then you throw in Jen walking in, lmao, that was pure brilliance. And mmm, all the sex they had, including Brian riding Justin? That was hot.
BUT, the best part
“I will not kill my husband; I will not kill my husband; I will not kill my husband. It is illegal and I look horrible in orange, and I would be missing out on years of glorious sex. I will not kill my husband.”
Still lmao.
Author's Response:
I have to admit that I laughed all the way through writing this vignette. Brian is just too much in his denial; but Justin...OMG, he kept cracking me up. I'm glad you enjoyed it and thanks for reading! :)

Date: Dec 22, 2017 3:32 am Title: Christmas Tree
LMAO he is NOT sick, yeah right. Love this, and it was even better that the kids were there with them, aw!
Author's Response:
Denial, not just a river in Egypt. You are fooling no one, Brian. Thanks!

I fucking love how playful and hot this was omg :)
Author's Response:
They are always up to mischief those boys! Thanks!

Date: Dec 21, 2017 6:27 pm Title: Love
Love this whole story, but this chapter left me in tears.
~Lorie
Author's Response:
I'm glad you're enjoying the vignettes. :) Anything to do with Prom always hurts my heart in both good and bad ways. Thanks for reading! :)
Date: Dec 17, 2017 1:24 pm Title: Reindeer
Have to agree with Justin. Michael is a sight no one wants to see !! But, very funny.
Author's Response:
I still have no idea what Michael was thinking. Poor Justin. :)

Author's Response:
Only Brian... Poor Justin. :) Thanks for reading!

I think you chose wisely in this chapter and the info you provided. What I love about every chapter is just the word "husband". It speaks volumes and makes me so happy.
Author's Response:
Thanks, I'm glad that the information provided was well recieved. I was a bit nervous about that chapter. And I love the idea of them as husbands. :) Thanks for reading!

Date: Dec 13, 2017 9:19 pm Title: Fireplace
When Brian is better Justin in going to wear him out I bet
Author's Response:
Of course he is? Not having sex for two days? Brian is definitely going to be making up for lost time. :)
Date: Dec 13, 2017 12:26 pm Title: Fireplace
Women can give birth, work when they have pneumonia, but MEN just can't even deal with the common cold. Well Justin found out Brian is just like about 99.9 percent of all husbands when they are sick. But you proved that Brian & Justin are much more fun than the normal husband !!!!! LOL
Author's Response:
Isn't that the truth? A lot of Justin's and Brian's reactions were based on personal experiences I had with my ex, I admit. Thanks! :)
Date: Dec 12, 2017 2:31 pm Title: Christmas Tree
Who knew that hunting for a tree could be so much fun and sooooooooooooo sexy ?????
Author's Response:
Certainly not me! Thanks for reading! :)
