Deb getting Justin to agree to come to dinner is a good start but there is still a lot to overcome.
Justin gave her some truths that she glimpsed but refused to acknowledge about her behavior and Michael's concerning Brian.
I get the feeling Justin's anger is with Brian, Michael, Lindsay and Deb the others were just hanger-oners, but those four played a bigger part in this situation because their opinions, especially Deb, Michael and Lindsay's played in how Brian treated Justin and how Justin reacted back???

Debbie knows some of Michael's hurtful words and she suspects there are others. I hope she will try to find out.
Vic was always neutral, but he loved Justin almost like the son he didn't have, just like he did with Brian. I don't think he has ever felt like this with Michael as he was seeing how mean he could be.
Again, there is hope on the horizon!
