Oh, that's so sad! And on the show, while I don't particularly like Ethan, I think Ethan was necessary because both - Brian and Justin - learned something from it. Although I sometimes had my doubts about Brian (see for example that stupid 11:00 trick - well, whatever). But I'm glad that in your story and the situation he's in, Justin has such good friends in Ethan and Daphne and probably in Sam too.

lol, I remember those parenting moments well. My kids are nearly 15 and 12 respectively, and I'm lucky to even get a kiss hello or goodbye from the older one when we are in public, lol!! So enjoy the clingage while you can!

I didn't like Ethan in the series, but the way you are writing him is making him very decent and a very great friend.
It's good that Justin is starting to talk about some good moments he had with Brian; he can see that he wasn't nothing for him, even if Brian liked making him believe just that.

I agree; what you know and what you are led to believe can be two very different things, and this is something that was briefly touched on in the series where you are led to believe that Justin was over the bashing, but series four and one shaved head later, we know differently. ;)

Holy shit this is so sad...beyong heartbreaking...I wanna hug Sunshine! Ethan is really a great friend to him and he & Daph are 'dealing' with each other the best they can I guess. When does Justin sleep? If he does, its's not for long. What about his mom?
I'd like to think Brian is keeping tabs on him but no?

As for Brian, the answer is no at this point - Brian has literally only just found out about what Justin has done - these last three chapters have all taken place on the same Sunday. x
