Good that Brian spelled it out to Tony, though when you think about it he shouldn't have to. Brian gets to be with Justin and Tony gets to be with Gibbs. Win/win.

Tony's actually pretty smart but needed Brian to spell it out. I still blame it on Tony's mind, because it was clouded with jealousy.
Brian will be there for Justin, no matter what. Tony will soon see that Brian is not the enemy.

Brian will take care of Justin and will have to tell him about Hendrik: tough time to come.

Justin will go through a very hard time grieving and dealing with his feelings towards Brian, which confuses him.
But he has Gibbs and Tony to help and listen to him :)
