It's "funny" how Justin is so out of what happens in the real world; he missed so much by being kept inside by his father and then by being just in the streets.
He has so much to learn but also so much to give (talent, kindness).
His interaction with Gus is really a good thing for his "development".

I can imagine how overwhelming it must all be for Justin. So much is happening in such a small amount of time.
