Oooh... I do remember reading this one before, and liked it then, and even more now. It could be set up so that the truth could easily come out.

What if the guy was a repeat, or possibly even a client, and could easily identify Michael?

Or... if he was random... what if the guy saw Brian at Babylon a week later, and told him what happened?

What if the guy was a nurse at the hospital, and saw Justin in a coma the next day at work?

Lots of possibilities for a very good Anti-Michael story, and a good one to have keys revoked!
