Justin moves into a new loft apartment in preparation for starting his first term at PIFA.  Upon arrival, he finds a “Welcome Letter” from his new landlord, Brian Kinney. But, when he goes to respond, odd things start to happen.  Can these two men reach across time itself to realize their love?  (Loosely based on the plot of Alejandro Aresti's The Lakehouse - one of my all-time favorite movies.)

This little drabble was in answer to a challenge by charming1 to write a short fic with no words passing between our boys… I hope I have done it justice. It is also inspired by episode 215’s morning after scene where Brian and Justin were engaging in a little fork porn (kinky silverware though? Lol) Anyway, I hope you enjoy.

Kissing was always something higher for them, something far beyond fucking or physical pleasure. It was the thread that bound them together. A thread that refuses to snap, even now.

Brian understands perfectly what it means to be desired. For most of his adult life, it has been the thing by which he has defined himself.

In this moment, powerful hands claiming him, he belongs to Brian. Mind, body, soul.

Gap filler for 2x10, set immediately after the scene where Brian and Justin discuss the dangers of hooking up with strangers. Justin asks to be fucked, Brian is more than happy to oblige.

The way he looks at you now, it’s like an epiphany.
