Happy Thanksgiving to all my readers who are celebrating the holiday.  For those who don't, I still hope you have a wonderful week full of things and people to be thankful for.  

For this year's annual Thanksgiving story, we move forward in time to the second year after Justin has moved to New York City.  He and Brian see each other as often as they can, but it is far too seldom for either of them.  When Justin is invited to spend his second Thanksgiving away from Pittsburgh with Mel, Linds, and Gus in Canada he is happy to go thinking he'll see Brian there.  Brian himself crushes that dream.  But will Justin find himself having more to be thankful for than he thought he would?  Read on to find out.  Many thanks to Judy for her beta skills and Marika for the lovely banner.

The setting is post Season 5 by several months. Brian has developed a unique problem that he has only faced one other time. He turns to the psychologist who helped him with Justin's problem after the bashing in hopes of finding a solution. Will the good Doctor figure out the puzzle that is confronting Brian and help him solve it? I dedicate this to Lori, who had been a blessing in my present chaotic life and given me much needed incentive to get back to my writing. As always, I owe a great debt of gratitude to Judy, my beta, and Marika, my banner maker. Thanks to both of them.

I, like so many, was not at all happy with how the QAF series ended.  So here is my version of how it could have happened after the last scene.  I owe a debt of gratitude to Eka for my lovely banner and Heather for her wonderful beta work. 

I have something a little different from my usual romantic story for you.  This is a What If story.  What If Justin did not meet Brian during his Senior year.  What if he was bashed for a different reason.  Do you remember that one moment in the show when Justin wished he had died from the bashing...when he lost it and pushed his mother down?  What if those suicidal thoughts went further, but a guardian angel steps in to give him a glimpse of what he will miss if he dies?  Will it be enough for our young man to fight for his life?  Or is it too late to change his destiny?  This story is unbeta'd at the moment because my beta is off to see Randy in the Berkshires.  That is more important.  LOL!  Corrections will be made when she has more time.  The banner is again by my talented Granddaughter, Marika.  Enjoy!

I was watching 'So You Think You Can Dance' when a performance was given to the song 'Somebody That I Used to Know'.  Bingo!!!  Another inspiration for a Brian/Justin love story.  Amazing how it keeps happening.  LOL!  Anyway, this is not a songfic.  Only the title inspired me.  This is a What If? story.  It begins with...What if Brian got the job in New York City that was offered just before the end of Season One and left Pittsburgh behind.  The story moves forward to five years later.  Justin has moved to NYC after graduating from PIFA and after a year in the City, he runs into Brian at a fine restaurant.  What happens then?

Brian and Justin decide to take a nice long weekend getaway at their lake retreat...just the two of them.  As usual with our lovers, things don't go quite as planned.  Many thanks to Eka for my lovely banner and Pat for beta work.

I have a new short story for my wonderful readers.  My inspiration comes from the fact that we never got to see Justin joining Brian on that famous charity bike ride.  There were so many possibilities for such an adventure for the two of them.  This story is set Post Season 5, a few years later.  I hope you will enjoy the vacation as much as our boys have.  My deepest gratitude to my wonderful beta, Judy and my darling banner maker, Marika for their help with the story. 

Hello again, my friends. Today I give you Chapter One of a brand new story. I promise you lots of sparkle, chills, thrills, sequins, and tights...not to mention romance...in this story set in post Stonewall, pre AIDS America where a small independent circus struggles to stay alive in a changing world. Their lead attraction is Trapeze star Brian Kinney and there are plenty of changes in store for him too when he meets the young man who is in desperate need of changes in his own life. What happens when these two souls meet and discover more than a love for the circus in common between them? I hope you will enjoy the journey. 

I want to thank 3 special people for this story. One is Sunny, a dear friend who suggested the premise for this story. Another is Judy who will serve beautifully as my beta. Last but not least is my Granddaughter Amy who tried valiantly to get our boys into tights for the banner, but still created a beautiful one anyway. Thank you to them all. Brian and Justin's Post 5.13 lives go on and where are they now? Together or apart?

Hello folks. Well, this time around I had an inspiration late on a Saturday night. By Sunday night it was written. I don't know where the thought came from, although I usually do. I guess my Muse was feeling frisky. 

In this short story, we pick up the scene in the final episode of QAF where Brian is laying in his lonely bed after Justin has left for the airport. This is my version of what happened from that moment on. Warning...about 2/3 of the way in you are going to be jolted. Don't give up. Remember who is writing this and how I like my stories to end. LOL! Now, how about taking a long trip down memory lane with me. Hope you enjoy the journey.
