I totally agree with your chapter end notes; Brian wants to share that with Justin and I think Justin enjoys it too, maybe not as often as Brian does.
I loved this story and the reality warning Brian gave to Justin. The whole teaching stuff is hot as hell, with some very funny parts:

You know what I love about this? How Brian goes from being super horny to super protective about the backroom in the space of seconds. He loves that boy but doesn't even know it LOL.
